I had my 1st consultation with Dr. Ahmadi years ago. Frankly, I wasn't financially ready. So... after a couple of years of saving and taking better care of myself I had a few more consultations. I had a major concern about my risk... I have a large existing abdominal scar and I knew it could cause problems with healing. None of the doctors I met with really made me feel comfortable with their ability to mitigate the risk. So... on a whim and because I was in the neighborhood, I called Dr. Ahmadi again and they fit me in for a consultation the same morning. I could tell that he understood my concern and he spoke TO me (not AT me) about his approach. I felt safe with him and I scheduled my surgery appointment. He had the most experience combining lipo with the tuck (a pioneer, really) and I knew I could trust him. The surgery went great and my results have been better than I could have hoped. Pain was minimal and I was on OTC tylenol within 3-days! Kat, his nurse... MY nurse has been invaluable during my recovery, available 24/7... I even texted during the 4th of July weekend (which she promptly responded). I have never felt silly about any question I ever asked and I feel truly cared about. I understand how some people deeply regret having this surgery... I don't. I would do it again in a heartbeat! I Love Dr. Ahmadi and his team!

First of all, I need to preface this review with letting you all know that I do not consider myself an easy patient. Secondly, I base my choice on results and patient experiences. Results do not lie and neither do patients. Third, I also know that this is one area that I do not want to receive a bargain price for, so price (within reason) was not part of my consideration. Lastly, as a registered nurse who is also in the cosmetics industry, I knew better than to look just in the Houston area. So for my research, I looked in Columbia and Miami, as well as the Monterey/Carmel area. When I tell you that I looked all over, and couldn’t believe that I found someone right here at home, less than an hour away, that could provide me the results that I received, I would’ve never believed it. From the moment that I reached out to Avante Plastic Surgery, and received immediate communication from Katie, to having an initial consultation with Dr. Ahmadi, to preop, with Cat, to surgery then postop, and now five weeks out, the experience has been far more supreme than I could’ve expected. I was pretty anxious in the pre-op room, Dr. Ahmadi, put his hand on my arm and said, don’t worry, I’ve been doing this for 20 years and I’m going to take care of you. I promise. The whole time before going into the surgery suite, Cat was reassuring me that it was ok that I was anxious and it was totally normal, they worked the entire time to make sure I felt safe and comforted. As soon as surgery was over, I woke up to Cat’s smiling face telling me, it’s over and you did just fine. And, even after surgery, Cat has been available via email, cell phone and I may have texted her over the weekend as well. And I also can’t confirm that I may have needed instructions given to me a few more times as I might have been hardheaded. Now that I am five weeks out, I can fully and confidently say that this is the absolute best choice I could’ve made in a physician and his team. The follow up has been world class. Katie and Cat, as well as the front office staff have been responsive to every question I have had. Dr. Ahmadi even had to get on to me in the beginning because I was too active. In his words, he was speaking firmly, and anyone in the healthcare industry knows that nurses make the worst patients. I also know, that that means he truly cares about his work and has a passion for what he does. It’s not just about the money for him, it’s about changing lives and making an impact in a way that very few can. I encourage you to do your research, look at the results of your physician and look for the experiences of the patients being treated. In the end, I would do it all over again, I would choose Dr. Ahmadi and his team again and I have referred everyone I know that is interested to come get a consultation. Dr. Ahmadi pays attention to detail; a quality that is critical for anyone who wants to make changes to their body. The patient coordinator and nurse compliment the Dr.’s practice. They are always available to answer any questions and walk you through the entire process.

The Surgeon and staff was extremely professional answered all my questions about the lipotuck procedure. Dr. Ahmad knows exactly what he’s doing he’s an artist perfectionist which is what you want when hiring a plastic surgeon. Thank you.

My first experience with Avante Plastic Surgery was meeting Katy. She helped me to make the decision to move forward with my procedure. Recently had my procedure with Dr. Ahmadi, an ultimate professional in his art. Very polite yet very straight forward on what he can and cannot do. Painless...pre and post surgery care was superbly executed. Reassuring and compassionate with a very dedicated staff of nurses. Kat was always available to answer any questions and help. While the ultimate results have to be seen, I am already liking what I see and am confident that I will be very happy...I trust Dr.Ahmadi and would recommend to anyone.

I'm ectastic, I really am. I would do it again. Dr. Ahmadi and his staff are great. I feel so much better about myself. There really are no words. I. In a size 12 jeans coming from a 22/24. I no longer have the discomfort of a shelf. I have an a$$. I am beyond happy. I still can't believe it's me. I look in the mirror and say are you kidding me. I haven't felt a hop bone since 84. When I made the decision to get surgery to reduce the fat around my midsection and improve my appearance I did tons of research. Most places I found recommended having liposuction or a tummy tuck only if a person is close to their ideal weight. However I was not at that point yet. Then I found Avante Plastic Surgery which offers a procedure called Lipotuck for people just like me. I went to the consultation and was surprised that I was actually a candidate for Lipotuck. What was even more surprising was how affordable it is! Other women I have spoken to who have had a tummy tuck at other places paid nearly as much for one procedure as I did for both liposuction and abdominoplasty. And their results weren't near as good as mine from the lipotec procedure performed by Dr. Ahmadi. He took great care in sculpting and contouring my body in a way I never imagined possible. I am so happy with the results! I get tons of compliments from my friends and coworkers. All of the girls at Avante plastic surgery are amazing and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. They provided tons of support and information and plenty of instructions to make the procedure more comfortable and successful. I definitely recommend going to Avante before anywhere else.

Wonderful staff and I am so happy with my results from surgery. Kat was so comforting the day of surgery and continued through my follow ups. Dr Ahmadi is beyond amazing on his technique for the perfect body.
